We were met with professional and honest advice from all the staff, and were made to feel at ease about the whole building process. All our questions were answered and our final contract was explained in detail. BT Homes openly communicated how things were progressing from the moment our plans were submitted to council, and the fantastic communication continued through out the whole build. Having Joe the foreman to talk to about each step, and to be able to call him about any concerns made our build stress free. He was a pleasure to deal with and was always just a phone call away.

Each and every trade person that came on site was friendly and professional. It is obvious BT Homes has a developed a brilliant team that work with them to produce a home that is of a high standard and something that we can be extremely proud of. Their trades were punctual and took pride in their work. This allowed our home to be completed faster than we could have imagined and also kept well in budget.

We feel completely blessed to have been able to have BT Homes build us our dream home.
